Coconut Almond Ladoo with Cacao Condensed Milk
How to make Coconut Almond Ladoo with Cacao Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Cacao Condensed Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
- 1 tbsp Ghee (or oil)
In a pan, add the ghee (you can use oil as well). Make sure the pan is on medium. Then add the coconut and roast for 2-3 minutes until the moisture is gone.
Add the Cacao Condensed Milk and mix well. Cook on medium-low heat. Keep mixing for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, the mixture should be thick. Turn off the stove
Add the chopped almonds to the mixture and mix well.
Let the mixture cool down a bit. Once it has cooled down, grab a tbsp of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
Roll the ladoo in dry desiccated coconut one by one to coat well
