If you are looking for a way to experience the flavors of Turkey without traveling, you might want to try Turkish Munchies. Turkish Munchies is a subscription box service that delivers a variety of Turkish snacks to your door every month. Depending on your preferences and budget, you can choose from different box sizes and plans.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had Turkish Munchies. My first time was when I received Turkish Munchies as a gift from my husband and since then, I have loved the quality and flavors of this wonderful subscription snack box.
Turkish cuisine is rich and diverse, influenced by the history and culture of the region. Some common ingredients in Turkish food are meat, dairy, grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, spices, and herbs. Turkish snacks and sweets are no exception. They range from savory to sweet, crunchy to chewy, spicy to mild.
Recently, I received the picnic edition Turkish Munchies Box, and here are the snacks and sweets I received.

Turkish Munchies Snacks
Turkish Munchies does a great job in listing all their ingredients as well as what drink the snack would go well with. While I will not list the ingredients on here, I will mention what I liked about each one.

Jolebol Strawberry
This is a cake with cream filling and strawberry jelly. I love all sorts of cakes, so it’s no surprise that I liked this one. It had the right amount of cream and jelly. It was also not overly sweet.

Hosbes Wafer Hazelnut
A hazelnut cream-filled cocoa wafer. This was really good, but didn’t find anything special with this wafer. It was like a lot of other wafers I had tasted, but still quite good!

Puf
A marshmallow biscuit covered with granules. This was something I’d never tasted before and loved the taste. It was also not overly sweet, which I like a lot.

Crepe
This is a cocoa and hazelnut cream-filled wafer, and it was so good! I do love wafers, and would have wished to have more of these.

Ozmo Burger Biscuit
At first glance, I wasn’t sure what size these biscuits were going to be. Especially since these were in the shape of a hamburger. However, when I opened the package I realized they were mini biscuits. The inside has a delicious chocolate flavor and I really enjoyed these. If I’d have to rate them I’d give them an 8/10.

Greta Crackers
While most of the box had a lot of sweet treats, it was nice to see one that wasn’t sweet. These crackers are Olive and Oregano flavor, which was a nice balance to all the sweet treats in the box.

Alpella Harby Milk Cream
This a milk chocolate and biscuit with milk cream filling. I am a massive fan of chocolate and biscuits, but wasn’t expecting the filling, which was such a nice treat!

Freeze Dried Strawberry
I didn’t really have any thoughts on this since I’ve had freeze-dried strawberries before. There was nothing special about these, but I do like that they were in the box since my favorite fruit is the strawberry.

Kagit Helva
This was just a plain wafer, which honestly I could have done without since it’s just plain. However, if I would have had toppings for this, I probably would have liked it more.

Shoogy Boom Popping Candy
Now this was a fun treat! I love popping candy and this one was just delicious and fun.

Kistirma Sultan Delight
This biscuit-sandwiched Turkish delight was just amazing. I love Turkish delight but never had it in a biscuit sandwich, which is even more delicious. I could definitely eat this again.

Nutzz Party Cheddar
The one I got was a cheddar and onion flavor, and absolutely loved it. This I believe is my favorite snack and give it a 10/10.
Yupo

These are cola gummies, which I am not a cola fan at all. But when I tried these, I was shocked to find out that I like cola gummies! This was such a treat and also the surprise snack I got with the box.
If you’d like to get your own snack box, be sure to check their website out! They have such a variety and this is great for anyone in the family that enjoys snacks.
